Who is AI strategy consulting for?

Growing and mid-sized companies that know AI matters but aren't sure where to start, or that have run a few experiments and want to turn them into something that scales. We also work with mission-driven organizations and benefit corporations.

Do you only recommend things you can build?

No. We're vendor-neutral. Sometimes the right answer is an off-the-shelf tool, a configuration change in software you already own, or not using AI at all. We'll tell you when that's the case.

What do we need to prepare?

Access to the people who own your key workflows and a view into the systems you use. We handle the interviews, analysis, and synthesis. No data cleanup is required before we start.

What happens after the strategy work?

You own the roadmap and can execute it however you choose. Many clients ask us to build the first initiatives, because the team that designed the plan already understands the business.
